Home Health or Hospice Registered Nurse | Sacramento Region | $50 to $65 an hour

Pure Heart Staffing places this role year-round with community health centers in the Sacramento region; openings start as each client confirms a seat.

Pay: $50 to $65 an hour. This is our good-faith range across the home health and hospice agencies we recruit for; the exact figure depends on the client, your experience and whether the seat is hourly or per-visit.

Where: Field-based across Sacramento, Yolo, Placer and El Dorado counties, with territories kept as compact as the agency can make them.

The work: Skilled nursing visits in patients' homes: admissions and OASIS assessments, wound care, medication management, disease teaching and care planning for home health, or symptom management, family support and end-of-life care for hospice. Typically 5 to 6 visits a day, point-of-care documentation, and a shared on-call rotation.

What we look for:

• Active California RN license and BLS
• One year or more of home health, hospice or acute care nursing; OASIS and Medicare documentation experience preferred
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Work authorization that needs no sponsorship or transfer
