Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care (FNP or AGNP) | FQHC | Sacramento Region | $150K to $212K

Pure Heart Staffing places this role year-round with community health centers in the Sacramento region; openings start as each client confirms a seat.

Pay: $150,000 to $212,000 a year, full-time equivalent. This is our good-faith range across the community health centers we recruit for; the exact figure depends on the client, your experience and certification.

Where: Outpatient clinics in Sacramento, Yolo and Placer counties (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Woodland, Auburn, Rocklin).

The work: Your own family or adult primary care panel in a team-based clinic: preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits and procedures, with medical assistants, care team RNs, integrated behavioral health and pharmacy support. Monday to Friday schedules, 16 to 20 patients a day, no hospital call.

What we look for:

• Active California RN and NP licenses with furnishing number; FNP-C, FNP-BC or AGNP certification
• DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain it
• One year or more of outpatient primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates are considered at some clients
• Work authorization that needs no sponsorship or transfer
