About the job Community Health or School Nurse (RN) | Sacramento Region | $40 to $52 an hour
Pure Heart Staffing places this role year-round with community health centers in the Sacramento region; openings start as each client confirms a seat.
Pay: $40 to $52 an hour. This is our good-faith range across the school-based health centers, public health programs and community outreach teams we recruit for; the exact figure depends on the client, the program and your experience.
Where: Sacramento, Yolo and Placer counties: school-based health centers, mobile and street medicine clinics, immunization and screening programs and community outreach sites.
The work: Nursing care outside the traditional clinic: health screenings and immunization clinics, care plans and medication oversight for students with chronic conditions, health education for families, outreach to unhoused and underserved residents, and coordination with school staff, providers and community partners. School-year or year-round schedules depending on the program.
