WellSpace Health, a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is expanding to Rocklin, CA, with a brand-new facility on Taylor Road and were looking for a dedicated PA or NP with both primary care and teaching experience to be part of something extraordinary.

This role blends direct patient care with mentorship and instruction in our Fellowship Program helping shape the next generation of primary care providers while continuing to serve patients in a high-impact, community-based setting.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care in 20 - 30 minute appointments to a diverse patient population

• Precept and mentor participants in WellSpaces Fellowship Program, offering clinical supervision, guidance, and feedback
• Partner with care teams, behavioral health specialists, and coordinators in an integrated model
• Provide health promotion, chronic disease management, and culturally responsive counseling
• Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (EPIC) and engage in quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• Active PA or NP license in California (Board certified: 103/104 NP or equivalent PA)
• Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience post-graduation
• Teaching, precepting, or clinical instruction experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced FQHC or community clinic environment
• Current DEA and BLS certifications
• A commitment to community wellness
