California Recovery Center is hiring a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Roseville. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy

• Develop and manage treatment plans for clients with co-occurring disorders

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and community referrals

• Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and supervision

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and meet compliance standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed with the California BBS (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• TB test results and background clearance

• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with dual-diagnosis clients in residential or outpatient settings

• BBS Clinical Supervisor eligibility (to qualify for higher salary tier)
