About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Pediatrician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant who is confident in working independently, managing a full pediatric panel, and delivering comprehensive primary care in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide full-scope pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting

• Manage an existing panel with the support of nursing and administrative teams

• Participate in integrated care model alongside behavioral health and social services

• Contribute to quality initiatives and care coordination

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Who You Are:

• Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA in California (or eligible for licensure)

• Minimum 12 years experience working independently in a pediatric setting

• Comfortable managing full patient panels and adapting to urgent operational needs

• Committed to community health and health equity

• Strong communicator and collaborator
