Family Medicine Physician — Rocklin, CA

A well-established Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center serving Placer and Nevada counties is hiring family medicine physicians for its new South Placer Health Center in Rocklin — a $58M, 62,000 sq ft facility opening in 2027. Roughly 50 years of continuous community service and about 25,000 active patients today.

Important — where you start: You begin at the Auburn health center and transfer to Rocklin when the new clinic opens (target March 2027). Credentialing takes roughly 90 days, so we are hiring now.

Requirements

  • MD or DO with active California medical license
  • Board certified in Family Medicine
  • Current DEA registration
  • Comfortable documenting in an EHR (eClinicalWorks)
  • Credentialing must be complete before start — budget roughly 90 days
