POSITION OVERVIEW:

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Location: West London Warehouse

PURESEOUL is a fast-growing, multi-brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK.

We are looking for a committed Warehouse Supervisor. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, overseeing all internal processes such as picking, packing, and transfer preparation.

You will serve as the main point of contact for the warehouse, collaborating closely with wider teams such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Merchandising.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Receiving & Inspection: Manage the receipt of all deliveries, inspecting products for accuracy, quality, and damage against delivery notes or purchase orders.
  • Unloading & Handling: Oversee and assist with unloading shipments from trucks and containers, using forklifts or pallet jacks when required.
  • Outbound Coordination: Plan and schedule outbound shipments, ensuring all goods are accurately labelled, documentation is prepared in advance, and collections are executed on time.
  • Stock Control & Systems: Keep stock records up to date, oversee monthly stock counts, and highlight low or short-dated stock to the purchasing team.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Work along-side HR to promote and adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of goods and machinery, completing risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Order Fulfilment: Supervise and assist with the picking, packing, labelling, and preparation of online orders, including producing EOD manifests and parcel sorting.
  • Pallet Assembly: Coordinate the building and preparation of pallets for distribution to stores and B2B clients.
  • Order Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile transfer orders with store teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Logistics Management: Organise delivery schedules and manage the execution of all inbound and outbound logistics across multiple sites.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Ensure the warehouse remains tidy and well-organised; reorganise storage to accommodate large shipments and maintain efficient space utilisation.
  • Equipment Oversight: Manage warehouse equipment, working with Facilities to ensure the organisation of routine servicing, maintenance, and up to date documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and enhance team efficiency.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 23 years experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis) and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Proven experience managing high stock volumes across multiple locations or platforms.
  • Previous experience in retail, eCommerce, or logistics; exposure to both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and wholesale operations is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to focus on details while maintaining a broader operational perspective.
  • Experience with stock audits, dispatch tracking, and resolving supply chain challenges will be a strong plus.

  • Forklift licence preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate).
  • Full driving licence desirable but not essential
