Schedule: Full time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)

Salary: Starting from £30,000 PA

PURESEOUL is a fast-growing, multi-brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised B2B Account Manager to support our B2B business.

Reporting to the Purchasing Team Lead, this junior-level role will assist in managing and growing trade accounts, help to onboard new B2B partners, and provide administrative and operational support to ensure excellent service for all wholesale customers.

This position is perfect for someone commercially minded, enjoys building relationships, and wants to learn more about wholesale and partnerships within the beauty sector.


Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Account management: Be the point of contact for day-to-day communication with trade clients scheduling regular meetings and check ins, assist with queries, and provide excellent service to maintain strong relationships.
  • Order management: Receive and process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment with the warehouse team.
  • Account updates: Keep records of customer details, order history, and agreements up to date.
  • Prospecting assistance: Assist the purchasing team with researching new potential partners such as retailers, salons, and boutiques, considering individual brand suitability.
  • Outreach: Support the team in contacting new B2B leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Materials preparation: Prepare presentations, pitch-decks and detailed product catalogues for prospective clients, along with summaries and sales plans for brands.
  • Negotiation & Onboarding: Assist in setting up new accounts and finalising terms. Negotiating rates when needed and constantly communicating with both internal and brand teams.
  • Performance tracking: Update sales trackers and provide regular updates on B2B performance.
  • Campaign coordination: Work closely with marketing and brand managers to support the execution of B2B promotions or launches.
  • Pricing: Provide updates and administrative support to the management team on pricing, product catalogues, and account activity.
  • Travel Expectations: While this role will be primarily based in our Central London office, candidates must be flexible and able to travel as required. Travel may be necessary at certain times of the year, occasionally at short notice, to attend industry events, store or client meetings, and to support operational needs. This may include occasional overnight stays and periods working from our West London warehouse to oversee aspects of the wholesale order process or quality control initiatives.


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Genuine interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Business, Buying, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in buying, procurement, or sales.
  • Understanding of wholesale processes or CRM tools.
  • Any level of spoken/written Korean may be helpful for this role (but is by no means essential)
