About the Role
PURESEOUL is rapidly expanding across London and the UK, with a flagship store setting the standard for K-Beauty retail. We are looking for a passionate, experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple London stores, ensuring consistent customer experience, operational excellence, and team performance across all locations.
This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role — you will be visiting stores regularly, conducting internal inspections, reporting on areas for improvement, and working collaboratively with store managers, HQ, and cross-functional teams. The role combines strategic oversight with practical, store-level leadership to maintain PURESEOUL's standards and drive growth.
Main Responsibilities
Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee multiple London stores, regularly visiting locations to provide hands-on leadership, support store managers, and ensure consistent execution of PURESEOUL's operational and customer service standards.
Internal Inspections & Standards: Conduct regular store audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with brand standards, and maintain a high-quality customer experience across all stores.
Team Development & Coaching: Coach, mentor, and support store managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance while developing future leaders.
Operational Oversight & Reporting: Monitor store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, payroll, and compliance, and provide clear, actionable reports to HQ or office-based leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ and other departments to align on campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and consistent implementation across stores.
Customer Experience Leadership: Ensure every store consistently delivers world-class customer service, creating engaging and authentic experiences that reflect PURESEOUL's brand values and K-Beauty expertise.
Personal Growth & Development: Proactively develop your skills as a multi-site retail leader, staying ahead of retail trends, market dynamics, and customer expectations to drive continuous improvement.
We Are Looking For
Retail Management Experience: Proven success in managing a flagship or high-volume store; multi-site management experience is highly desirable (5 years+ in leadership management role).
Passion for K-Beauty: A genuine love for Korean skincare and beauty, with a willingness to stay ahead of trends and share product knowledge with both staff and customers.
Leadership & Team Building: Strong ability to recruit, coach, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences that build customer loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, compliance, and store presentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with HQ and other departments to align on company strategy, campaigns, and goals.
Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, able to balance priorities across multiple stores while maintaining high standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams and represent PURESEOUL to customers with authenticity and warmth.
