Position: B2B Sales & Partnerships Lead

Location: London Office (Holborn). In Office required, not a remote position
Schedule: Full time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
Salary: Starting from £45,000 PA

PURESEOUL is a fast-growing, multi-brand retailer bringing the best of Korean beauty to customers in the UK. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised B2B Sales & Partnerships Lead to support our B2B business.

This position is perfect for someone who is an all rounder, commercially minded, enjoys building relationships, and wants to learn more about wholesale and partnerships within the beauty sector.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Lead key B2B accounts as the primary point of contact, building strong, long-term relationships, proactively addressing client needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Account & Order ManagementOversee end-to-end account activity, including wholesale orders, onboarding, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment, and alignment with internal teams.
  • Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and evaluate potential B2B partners, drive outreach initiatives, and expand the client base while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Negotiation & Commercial Oversight: Lead onboarding and negotiation of terms and rates, coordinating with internal stakeholders and brands to ensure seamless integration and execution.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management, alongside preparing presentations, pitch decks, and strategic sales plans.
  • Campaign & Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with marketing and brand teams to execute B2B campaigns, promotions, and launches, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Pricing & Product Support: Provide high-level support on pricing, product catalogues, and account activity, enabling informed decisions and efficient commercial operations.
  • Travel Expectations: While this role will be primarily based in our Central London office, candidates must be flexible and able to travel as required. Travel may be necessary at certain times of the year, occasionally at short notice, to attend industry events, store or client meetings, and to support operational needs. This may include occasional overnight stays and periods working from our West London warehouse to oversee aspects of the wholesale order process or quality control initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Genuine interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.

Desirable:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales  
  • Qualification in Business, Buying, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in buying, procurement, or sales.
  • Understanding of wholesale processes or CRM tools.
  • Any level of spoken/written Korean may be helpful for this role (but is by no means essential)
