Summary:

We're hiring a motivated and energetic National Listings Lead Conversion Specialist (ISA) to support a fast growing nationwide real estate team by converting inbound listing leads into qualified appointments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced inside sales, enjoys speaking with people, and takes pride in driving business growth through strong communication, follow up, and relationship building skills.

You will serve as the first point of contact for potential listing clients across the country, helping qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and schedule high-quality appointments for the agent team.

What You'll Own:

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting

  • Call, text, and email inbound listing leads to set qualified appointments for agents.
  • Build rapport quickly through confident, consultative conversations.
  • Follow proven scripts while maintaining natural communication.
  • Qualify leads based on:
    • Motivation
    • Timeline
    • Decision-makers
    • Competition
    • Pricing expectations
  • Handle objections professionally and guide leads toward the next step.

CRM & Follow-Up Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records including:
    • Notes
    • Statuses
    • Tags
    • Follow-up tasks
    • Appointment details
  • Ensure follow-up processes are completed consistently and on time.
  • Confirm appointments and improve show rates through reminders and preparation.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report daily and weekly KPIs including:
    • Calls made
    • Contacts reached
    • Appointments set
    • Show rates
  • Operate within company standards and real estate compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain strong organization and execution in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or customer facing sales experience.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven follow up discipline and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with consistent CRM usage.
  • Comfortable working with activity metrics and conversion goals.
  • Professional written communication with strong grammar.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Competitive, proactive, and results oriented mindset.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and highly accountable.

Nice to Have:

  • Real estate industry experience.
  • Previous ISA or lead conversion experience.
  • Experience working inside CRMs and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with objection handling and consultative sales techniques.

Work Setup:

  • Full-Time
  • Remote (LATAM only)
  • Schedule: 8:50 AM – 5:00 PM EST

    • Reliable high-speed internet connection
    • Personal work laptop or desktop computer
    • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
    • Ability to work fully dedicated during scheduled hours

    Important Expectations:

    This role requires a fully dedicated team member who can consistently follow established processes and workflows. We are looking for someone committed to long-term growth within the company and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability in their work.

    Training and ongoing support will be provided, but consistency, ownership, and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.
