Summary: Were hiring a detail-oriented Listing Optimization Assistant to support our STR team in building and enhancing property listings within our PMS, Streamline. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com this role is for you.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Align listings with revenue, ops, and marketing.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Create and optimize property listings inside Streamline PMS.
  • Upload and organize property photos, amenities, policies, and descriptions.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across OTAs through audits and QA.
  • Apply SEO best practices in listing titles and descriptions.
  • Update pricing, calendars, and property rules across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and accuracy.
  • Monitor OTA dashboards and resolve issues (e.g., errors, blocked calendars).
  • Research competitor listings to stay informed and inspired.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong writing and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and task tools.
  • Eye for detail and consistency in digital content.
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and shifting priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Streamline, Guesty, or other PMS systems.
  • Familiarity with OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia).
  • Background in hospitality, e-commerce, or digital content writing.

Work Setup:

  • Remote role (LATAM only).
  • Full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability.
