Summary: We're looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to document, systematize, and optimize internal workflows. If you thrive on clarity, structure, and turning operations into scalable processes, this role is built for you.

Your Daily Impact:

  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to map workflows.
  • Create and organize SOPs, checklists, and guides using Trainual or Notion.
  • Record and embed Loom video walkthroughs for training purposes.
  • Maintain and update a structured knowledge base.
  • Audit outdated documentation and flag missing processes.
  • Build visual flowcharts and templates for complex systems.
  • Assist with onboarding by providing guided training materials.
  • Recommend improvements and standardize formats across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience documenting SOPs in Trainual or Notion.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who works well independently.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Loom.

Preferred:

  • Background in service-based businesses or remote teams.
  • Experience with STR, real estate, or operations environments.

Work Setup:

  • Remote role (LATAM only).
  • Part-time or full-time based on availability.
