Guest Communication Virtual Assistant (Day & Night Shifts | Remote)

Summary:
We're seeking a tech-savvy, customer-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle guest communication and ensure smooth operations across a growing short-term rental portfolio. Youll be at the heart of delivering great guest experiences, resolving issues, managing reservations, and collaborating with internal teamsall from a remote LATAM-based position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with guests via digital platforms (chat, email, apps).

  • Manage and update guest reservations with accuracy and care.

  • Respond quickly to inquiries, providing key stay information.

  • Support guests with in-stay issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

  • Provide feedback to improve guest service processes and digital experience.

  • Help develop and refine operational workflows for guest communication.

  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams for property readiness.

  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and booking data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish or advanced English proficiency (required).

  • 12 years in customer service, hospitality, or project coordination roles.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Strong tech adaptability and quick learning with digital tools.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience in short-term rentals (Airbnb), hospitality, or hotel management.

  • Background in startups or entrepreneurial environments.

  • Familiarity with real estate or property management platforms.

Work Setup:

  • Remote role (LATAM only).

  • Available for day or night shift coverage (specify preference in application).
