Talent Acquisition Support for a Growing U.S.-Based Company (Remote | LATAM Only)

Summary:

Were looking for a rockstar Junior Recruiter to join a U.S.-based company that's scaling rapidly in LATAM. This is a remote, full-time position designed for someone with a passion for helping others, eager to learn, and ready to support end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS and Notion)
• Support employer branding efforts (LinkedIn, job ads, outreach templates)
• Be a good team player
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, recruiting support, HR internships, or similar (not mandatory but a plus)
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and/or talent strategy
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Great organization and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, ATS tools)
• Always willing to learn something new
  

Work Setup:

• Full-time | Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST
• Remote (LATAM only)
• Tools: Google Workspace, ATS, Slack, LinkedIn, Notion
