Summary:

We're hiring an Organizational Development & Operations Coordinator to help strengthen communication, accountability, team development, and operational effectiveness across a growing hospitality organization.

This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of people, operations, culture, and systems. You'll help leadership stay connected to what is happening across the organization by identifying patterns, supporting communication rhythms, improving team coordination, and ensuring important initiatives don't fall through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who is highly observant, emotionally intelligent, organized, and capable of seeing both the human and operational sides of a business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, helping teams work better together, and creating clarity inside complex organizations.

What You'll Own:

  • Leadership maintains visibility into organizational health, communication, and team dynamics.
  • Team rhythms, meetings, and accountability systems operate consistently.
  • Employee development and recognition systems remain active and meaningful.
  • Potential challenges are identified before they become larger operational issues.
  • Communication between leadership and frontline teams remains clear and effective.

Core Responsibilities:

Organizational Health & Team Insights

  • Monitor organizational trends, communication patterns, and team dynamics.
  • Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, or areas of concern before they escalate.
  • Surface actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support initiatives that improve trust, communication, and organizational effectiveness.

Leadership & Meeting Coordination

  • Manage leadership meeting cadences, agendas, notes, and action-item follow-up.
  • Help ensure team meetings and one-on-ones occur consistently.
  • Track key commitments and support accountability across departments.
  • Maintain visibility into organizational priorities and progress.

Employee Development & Culture

  • Support employee onboarding, integration, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee development records and growth pathways.
  • Coordinate recognition programs and employee engagement efforts.
  • Help ensure team members feel supported, connected, and informed.

Process Improvement & Operations

  • Maintain organizational dashboards, boards, and tracking systems.
  • Help build and improve internal processes and communication systems.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and organizational best practices.
  • Support operational initiatives that improve clarity, consistency, and execution.

Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Prepare organizational summaries and leadership updates.
  • Track team engagement, development initiatives, and operational trends.
  • Support leadership with special projects and organizational planning efforts.
  • Help translate leadership priorities into actionable follow-up systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Background in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Operations, Anthropology, Sociology, Education, Leadership Development, or a related field.
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance people-centered thinking with operational execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Hospitality, restaurant, or service industry experience.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams.
  • Experience with employee development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, leadership development, or organizational design.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Trello, Slack, Notion, or similar operational tools.

Work Setup:

  • Full-Time
  • Remote (LATAM only)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM CST

    • Quality headset for meetings and client calls.
    • Dedicated workspace free from distractions and background noise.

    Important Expectations:

    This role requires a fully dedicated team member who can consistently follow established processes and workflows. We are looking for someone committed to long-term growth within the company and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability in their work.

    Training and ongoing support will be provided, but consistency, ownership, and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.
