Summary:
We're hiring a Guest Communications & Operations Coordinator to support a growing luxury short term rental business. This role combines guest communication, operations coordination, listing management, and systems organization to help maintain a high end guest experience and smooth day to day operations.
We're looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and highly organized someone who communicates professionally, keeps operations structured, and helps move projects and priorities forward in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Own:
- Delivering a high quality guest experience through clear and timely communication.
- Keeping operational systems, workflows, and internal coordination organized.
- Maintaining accurate and optimized property listings across platforms.
- Supporting leadership with execution, follow through, and day-to-day operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Guest Communication & Hospitality Support
- Manage guest communication across booking platforms with a professional, hospitality driven tone.
- Assist with guest support, issue resolution, and operational follow-ups.
- Support homeowner communication and provide updates when needed.
- Help maintain a luxury-level guest experience across all touchpoints.
Operations & Systems Coordination
- Build, organize, and maintain SOPs and operational processes.
- Keep projects, priorities, and internal workflows organized.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain organization inside Notion and other operational systems.
- Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Listings & Platform Management
- Create, update, and optimize listings across Airbnb, Hostaway, and VRBO.
- Ensure listings remain accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support onboarding and setup for new properties.
- Coordinate listing updates based on operational or property changes.
Project & Team Coordination
- Track onboarding progress, operational tasks, and team deadlines.
- Support leadership with reporting, organization, and execution.
- Help ensure projects move forward without bottlenecks or missed follow-ups.
- Coordinate across teams to maintain visibility and accountability.
