About the Role

Were looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join a high-end short-term rental company. This is an opportunity to bring together both analytical and strategic thinking to shape dynamic pricing strategies, optimize performance, and contribute directly to business growth.

You'll play a key role in forecasting demand, adjusting rates, and making data-informed decisions to drive revenue across a portfolio of boutique vacation rental properties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining logic and creativity, and who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance metrics (RevPAR, occupancy, ADR) and generate reports

  • Manage pricing strategy using tools like PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or Beyond Pricing

  • Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions, competitor data, and seasonal trends

  • Work closely with the team on property onboarding, listing creation, and pricing audits

  • Lead efforts in revenue forecasting and performance optimization

  • Use data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) for clear reporting

  • Contribute to process improvements and development of SOPs

  • Collaborate with guest communication, operations, and owner success teams


What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, trends, and KPIs

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

  • Familiarity with STR platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo) and property management software (PMS)

  • A customer-first mindset aligned with luxury hospitality values

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools

  • Experience in hospitality or vacation rentals

  • Familiarity with basic coding (Python/SQL)

  • Background in revenue management, analytics, or financial forecasting


Tools & Support

  • Software: Streamline VRS, PriceLabs, Power BI, Tableau

  • Hardware Support: High-speed internet, dual monitors, ergonomic setup



Success Metrics

  • Within 6 Months:

    • Increase portfolio RevPAR by 15%+

    • Achieve 90%+ forecasting accuracy

  • Within 12 Months:

    • Lead pricing strategy for 100+ listings

    • Publish a case study on revenue growth and pricing innovations
