Shape revenue strategy for a portfolio of high-end short-term rentals. Use data, creativity, and strategic thinking to optimize pricing, forecast demand, and directly impact business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key revenue metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy) and generate actionable reports.

  • Own and execute pricing strategy via tools like PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or Beyond.

  • Forecast demand and adjust rates using competitor data and seasonal trends.

  • Partner with teams on listing optimization, onboarding, and pricing audits.

  • Lead efforts in performance improvement and long-term revenue planning.

  • Use Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau for clear and impactful visualization.

  • Identify opportunities to standardize and improve SOPs across the revenue function.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in data and KPIs.

  • Advanced Englishclear, professional, and executive-ready.

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, trend analysis).

  • Familiarity with STR platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo) and PMS tools.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to act quickly and strategically.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with dynamic pricing software (e.g., PriceLabs).

  • Background in hospitality, vacation rentals, or financial forecasting.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools for data workflows.

Work Setup:

Remote role (LATAM only), must align with CST hours.
Requires regular reporting, syncs with ops teams, and occasional presentations.
Tools provided: Streamline VRS, Power BI, PriceLabs, Tableau.
Tech support: dual monitors, high-speed internet, and ergonomic setup.
