Summary:
We're hiring a Sales Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of a growing U.S.-based business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
You'll assist with quoting, order tracking, documentation, and internal coordination while helping the company deliver excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships. If youre detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by supporting sales growth, this role is a great fit.

Core Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up messages for clients.
- Track incoming requests, monitor order progress, and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain clear, accurate records and update internal databases as needed.
Client & Supplier Communication
- Communicate professionally in English with U.S.-based clients and suppliers.
- Assist with coordinating order details, timelines, and requirements.
- Handle inquiries, gather information, and ensure smooth communication flow.
Internal Coordination
- Support daily sales activities and collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
- Organize sales documentation, client information, and order history.
- Assist in problem-solving and help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong motivation and enthusiasm for sales and customer operations
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Professional written and spoken English
- Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and work within structured processes
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and responsibly
Work Setup:
Schedule Options:
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM GTM (1-hour lunch break)
- OR 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM GTM (1-hour lunch break)
Remote Role: Cochabamba only
