Your Daily Impact:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of applicants and employee data.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and checklists.
  • Support internal HR initiatives such as surveys and team documentation.
  • Organize and manage digital files across HR platforms (e.g. Notion, Google Drive).
  • Track progress on candidate pipelines and team onboarding.
  • Respond to internal HR-related inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or ATS platforms.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong ability to follow through and complete tasks

Preferred:

  • Experience in startups or remote-first teams.
  • Basic understanding of HR documentation and compliance.

Work Setup:

  • Remote role (LATAM only).
  • Part-time
