Your Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication Excellence
Respond to inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, and booking platforms
Handle urgent guest issues (lockouts, maintenance, amenities) with poise
Coordinate with owners/vendors via calls and messages
Listing Optimization & Content
Refresh property listings with compelling descriptions and photos
Create simple social media graphics/videos (Canva/CapCut)
Maintain accurate records in Monday.com
Operational Support
Help document and improve standard operating procedures
Keep all systems (OwnerRez, Cloudbeds) updated
Our Ideal Candidate
Must-Have Qualifications:
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Hospitality mindset: Patient, resourceful, and guest-focused
Tech-savvy: Quick learner of new platforms (training provided)
Problem-solver: Thinks fast under pressure
Bonus Points For:
Prior short-term rental/hotel experience
Basic Canva/CapCut skills
Work Setup
Location: Remote (LATAM time zones preferred for CST overlap)
Schedule: Full-time (40-45 hours), shifts between 7AM-10PM CST
