Tech-Enabled Operations & Automation Support for a U.S.-Based Property Management Company (Remote | LATAM Only)

Summary:

Were hiring a Web Developer & Admin Automation Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based property management company with both operational tasks and high-impact automation projects.

This role begins with foundational administrative work (accounts receivable/payable, basic data entry) and quickly evolves into building automation workflows, developing internal systems, and creating a customized backend panel that will serve as the operational hub of the business.

Core Responsibilities:

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Handle accounts receivable/payable data entry.

  • Enter lease and invoice information with accuracy and consistency.

  • Support daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Automation & System Development

  • Build Zapier automations to streamline recurring tasks and processes.

  • Write code (as needed) to customize and enhance automation workflows.

  • Develop a backend system/panel to track daily tasks, manage operations, and centralize company workflows.

  • Collaborate with the owner to identify automation opportunities and implement new solutions weekly.

Operational Support

  • Communicate with guests or customers as needed.

  • Assist in improving processes across property management tools and workflows.

  • Support any additional tasks required to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and system reliability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Zapier, coding, and website development.

  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and system optimization.

  • Comfortable communicating with guests/customers when required.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM PST
Time Zone: PST
Remote Role: LATAM only

Additional Information:

This role starts with repetitive data entry and administrative tasks, with a clear goal: eliminate those tasks over time through automation and system development.

Youll work directly with the owner, Dan, on a daily basis to:

  • Create new automations

  • Improve existing workflows

  • Build customized systems

  • Develop a backend panel that will eventually replace multiple software tools currently in use

This is a role for someone who loves building, optimizing, and creating long-term operational infrastructure.
