Summary:
Were hiring a systems-driven Operations Manager to streamline our hospitality workflows, lead platform optimization, and coordinate remote teams. This role is essential to scaling success across departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsall while working remotely from LATAM.

Your Daily Mission:

Systems & Organization

  • Maintain and optimize task boards in Monday.com.

  • Create clear SOPs using Loom videos and Google Docs.

  • Operate and improve tools like Cloudbeds, OwnerRez, and PriceLabs.

Team Coordination

  • Lead daily task alignment and monitor progress.

  • Manage communications with owners, vendors, and partners.

  • Optimize scheduling and calendars across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years in remote operations or project management.

  • Extremely organized and process-oriented.

  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools (training provided).

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

  • Experience with hospitality tech platforms.

  • Experience training or onboarding teams.

Work Setup:

  • Remote role (LATAM only).

  • Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday with flexibility and overlap with PH team.
