OB/GYN Physician $390,000.00 per year

would sponsor J1 and H1B visas - Housing Stipend for relocation or temporary candidates offered - $1,500-$2k mo/up to 6 months.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare, from prenatal care to delivery and ongoing reproductive health management, in a collaborative clinical environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women across all stages of life
  • Manage prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform exams, order tests, and prescribe medications
  • Deliver babies with a focus on safety and positive outcomes
  • Provide care in both outpatient and hospital settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership
  • Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and clinic improvements
  • Support a patient-centered, community-based care model
  • Precept medical students and NP/PA trainees
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, state, and federal guidelines
  • Rotate between clinic locations as needed

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Occasional weekends required
  • On-call: approximately 5–6 days per month

Required

  • Doctorate degree
  • 3+ years of experience in ALL of the following:

    • Gynecology
    • Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:

    • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in California (CA)
    • Medical Doctor (MD) in California (CA)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
