Registered Nurse (Bonus)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes making a meaningful impact on their health and independence.

$80,000.00 per year

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and disease management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
• Associate's degree in nursing (or higher)
• Minimum 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• BLS & CPR Certification (assistance provided if needed)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
