Weekend stipend Home Health RN

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | Western Pennsylvania

$3K Per pay period stipend guaranteed for the 6 months.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated patient care team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Western Pennsylvania and surrounding communities.

Position Overview

The RN will be responsible for managing and executing individualized patient care plans, working collaboratively with the care team, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. This role includes local travel to patient homes and on-call responsibilities during weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive patient care plans
• Provide in-home nursing care to patients throughout Western PA and nearby areas
• Travel locally to patient locations (approximately 20% of the workday)
• Complete accurate and timely charting to meet required deadlines
• Effectively manage daily schedule and workload independently

Qualifications/Required

• Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

• • Clinical Documentation
  • Clinical Informatics
  • Clinical Quality
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Practice Partner EMR

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Schedule & Shift Details

• On-call: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Additional weekend requirements:
  • 8 units on Saturday
  • 8 units on Sunday
• Participation in 2 holidays per year required

Travel Requirements

• Local travel to patient homes within assigned territory
