Full License: Hourly $30.90 - $40.89 Limited License: Hourly $28.68 - 37.91

Key Responsibilities (40hours)

  • Deliver weekly family therapy using the TFCO treatment model
  • Teach and reinforce behavioral coping strategies and effective parenting skills
  • Actively engage caregivers and key participants in goal-oriented treatment
  • Identify and address barriers to treatment engagement and service access
  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with families
  • Provide clinical services aligned with the TFCO model
  • Coordinate care with mental health, medical, and other service providers
  • Collaborate with schools and community organizations to support client needs
  • Advocate for families to access services and achieve long-term independence
  • Connect families with appropriate community resources and supports
  • Assist with scheduling psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
  • Strengthen and expand community-based services based on identified needs
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders
  • Make referrals to Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult Protective Services (APS) as appropriate
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention and case management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours based on family needs
  • Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required

Travel Requirements

  • Local travel is required
  • Mileage reimbursement provided at the standard IRS rate

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Social Work (1+ years)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
