Job Description:
Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Mackinaw City, MI. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall physical well-being.

Schedule (Including any on call/weekends):

M-F 8am-5pm; full time.

1 weekend/month.

2 holidays/year.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans based on their needs and goals - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve mobility, strength, and range of motion - Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and utilize evidence-based practices in treatment plans - Maintain accurate and organized patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Healthcare (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Practice Partner EMR

• Valid Physical Therapist in the state 
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
