Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Location: Mars, PA, Pittsburg, PA, New Kensington, PA

Salary 80k

Schedule & Shift Details Full-time overnight schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Position Overview
The Hospice RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and manage individualized care plans, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and deliver patient-centered care plans
• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in the assigned service area
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet critical deadlines
• Effectively manage schedule and workload independently
• Utilize tablets, mobile devices, and EMR systems for documentation and communication

Qualifications/Required

• • Associate degree or higher
    
  • Hospice (2+ years)
    
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
      
    
    
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
    
  • Valid Driver's License, 
  • Okay with the required travel
