Role Project Manager

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

 Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure

success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline

 Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with

company objectives and coordinate various managers and technical personnel

during all project phases, from initial development through implementation

 Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on

measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables

 Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivered methodologies

 Participate and supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project

using the Project Delivery Framework

 Working closely with the external vendors to develop, test and deploy solution

and ensure outcomes are delivered as scoped

 Deep project management experience, ideally in software and larger scale digital

transformation, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale

programs on time and meeting all objectives

 Technical Project Manager with Infrastructure, O365, Information Management

and business application implementation experience

 Proven experience in the delivery of Information Management/Knowledge

Management programs or projects

 Qualification in Project Management or related technical field required and

equivalent with proven experience as a Technical Project Manager

 Extensive change management experience

 Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and

methods

 Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and

supervising department teams
