Job Description:
• BA experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 8
years
• Experience with Agile ways of
working
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful
reports.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proven presentation and communication skills
• Can translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirements
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable
solutions
• Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving to think outside of the box, make
improvements and suggest change.

Process Modelling experience preferably in Signavio
• Understanding in Billing and collection operation processes (highly desirable).
