A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience within energy utilities industry
Experience in system architecture may be advantageous.
Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and motivational skills.
Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
Communications, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars,
etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).
Group session facilitation.
Team leadership.
Marketing (selling the results of architectural approaches
through presentations).
Analysis and design.
Modeling and graphical representations and abstractions.
Actual experience developing and building models based on The
Enterprise Framework.
Management (e.g.: prioritization, trade-off analysis,
psychology, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated
ability to lead engineering teams to high value solutions
Familiar with IEEE, IEC standards and industry reliability
standards
Strong software/hardware development skills for rapid
prototyping

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance,
and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture
2 Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables
3 Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system
programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements,
solutions strategies and alternatives, etc., being considered and / or implemented
4 Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues
5 Ongoing publicity and communication of the Enterprise Architecture both within the
information community, and the business units
6 Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the
Enterprise
7 Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and
suggesting improvements
8 Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and
creating and implementing business visions and goals
9 Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies
and vulnerabilities
10 Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
11 Organizing training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for future organizational
growth
12 Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations
13 Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance
14 Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals
15 Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management,
