Service Now Engineers

Job Description:
Desired candidate will serve as ServiceNow ITOM Developer, who will help us support the following activities:
. Expertise in Design and Implementation of CMDB in ServiceNow Platform
. Expertise in defining CI lifecycle processes & Evergreen processes form CMDB Data Quality
. Proficient in ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) deployments
. Expertise in creating transform maps, Identification and Reconciliation rules
. Should have experience in integrating asset discovery tools with ServiceNow CMDB via REST API
. Discovery & Midserver configuration & troubleshooting
. Discovery & CMDB monitoring & reporting.
. Event Management configuration & troubleshooting
. Hardware Asset Management & Software Asset Management configuration & troubleshooting
. Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM applications
. Strong knowledge in developing ServiceNow development requests and accurate estimates for development.
. Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
