The Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll help maintain our commitment to accuracy and timeliness by managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and ensuring strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Your work supports our promise to pay suppliers on time, every time, helping us build trust and deliver on our financial commitments.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately process supplier invoices and payments through our digital system (with RPA integration for automation).

Manage PO-exempt invoices and direct debit allocations.

Prepare supplier payment runs following established schedules and budgets.

Conduct supplier statement reconciliations, apply credit notes, and request refunds as needed.

Maintain GRNI accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings.

Partner with Category Managers to maintain excellent supplier relationships and resolve queries.

Support system improvements, audits, and ad-hoc projects.
-
Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders via our service desk and AP inbox.

Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to best practices across the P2P team.
What You'll Bring

Experience working in accounts payable, finance, or related fields.

Familiarity with finance systems and invoice processing workflows.
