Role Overview

The Senior Wealth Sales Relationship Manager is a client-facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier Premier customers. This position requires a high level of professionalism, client focus, and expertise in financial planning. The role also involves providing direct investment advisory support to Junior Wealth RMs and Insurance Specialists, ensuring they are equipped with current market insights and macroeconomic views for effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, cross-sell, and retain a portfolio of Wealth clients.
  • Grow the investment business across insurance, funds, and fixed income products.
  • Provide investment advisory support to clients and internal partners.
  • Help clients actively manage their investment portfolios and serve as their trusted wealth advisor.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client loyalty.
  • Attract new clients by understanding their financial needs and delivering high-quality service.
  • Maintain operational integrity and ensure compliance with Group standards.
  • Collaborate with branch RMs and heads to achieve business performance targets as defined by IWPB.
  • Support Junior Wealth RMs and Insurance Specialists with market updates and advisory guidance.
  • Work as part of an integrated brokerage management team to meet standards and deliver operating models.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with sales procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial services or retail sales.
  • Proven success in selling insurance and investment products.
  • Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced technical skills in wealth management.
  • Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services products, client relationship systems, and business banking segments.
  • Must hold valid local licenses and accreditations in wealth management as required by regulatory authorities.
