Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative support or tax-related work is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
- Familiarity with document management systems or digital filing tools.
Administrative & Organizational Skills
- Strong ability to collate, organize, and maintain both physical and digital documents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping practices.
Communication Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to draft clear emails, reports, and summaries.
Mobility & Flexibility
- Willing and able to travel to branch locations as needed.
- Comfortable working independently in field settings with minimal supervision.
