Role Overview

You'll be part of the global Marketing Operations team, responsible for creating and sending HTML-based email alerts and updates to customers and partners. The role demands precision, speed, and technical know-how in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

1. Email Campaign Execution (60%)

  • Build and send service-related emails using Marketo Engage
  • Ensure emails look good across devices and meet brand/compliance standards
  • Segment audiences and deploy urgent alerts accurately

2. Technical Implementation (15%)

  • Use dynamic content and personalization in emails
  • Fix HTML issues and work with data teams to integrate content
  • Analyze and clean audience data using Excel

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)

  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and operations teams
  • Work with writers and stakeholders to ensure message clarity
  • Join meetings with U.S.-based colleagues

4. Process & Documentation (10%)

  • Follow workflows and approval processes
  • Keep campaign documentation organized
  • Suggest improvements and ensure compliance with email regulations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of Marketo Engage experience
  • Background in B2B tech/SaaS/cloud services
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive email design
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and under pressure


Preferred Skills

  • Marketo Certification (MCE or Associate)
  • Experience with APIs, scripting, Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of email accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Familiarity with MSPs or IT service communications
