The Multimedia Designer plays a key role in developing visually compelling and brand-aligned content across digital and traditional platforms. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Production
- Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia assets including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive content for marketing, corporate, and social media use
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Design visual materials for presentations, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, and event collateral.
Video & Motion Graphics
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for promotional and educational purposes.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animated explainers to enhance storytelling.
- Support video shoots through storyboarding, direction, and post-production work.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and digital teams to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a hybrid (office + remote) setup.
Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Maintain consistency in tone, color, imagery, and typography across all media.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging digital platforms, and creative tools to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any creative field that taught you how to turn ideas into eye candy.
- 2-3 years of experience in multimedia design bonus points if you've survived the creative chaos of a marketing department with tight deadlines and even tighter feedback loops.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) basically, your daily vitamins. Familiarity with Figma or Canva is also great (we know, sometimes Canva saves the day).
- Foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles, video editing, and motion graphics. While advanced motion design expertise is not required, familiarity with key concepts such as keyframes and basic animation techniques is expected.
- A strong portfolio that makes us go Wow. Show us your range especially your work in the service sector (or anything that proves you can make HR sound exciting).
- Excellent time management skills you can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and the occasional creative block like a pro.
- Good communication and presentation skills you can explain your design choices to non-designers without having to open Photoshop to prove your point.
