About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in enhancing the HR technology that supports the employee experience.
In this role, you will manage, optimize, and continuously improve HR systems to ensure they remain efficient, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HRIS expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain the HR systems suite to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.
- Manage and support mass data uploads such as pay reviews and bonuses, ensuring strong reconciliation and audit controls.
- Lead system enhancements and upgrades using structured project methodology.
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate closely with system providers and suppliers.
- Manage system permissions, data governance, and compliance with UK and Philippine data protection requirements.
- Provide user support and training while proactively identifying system improvements.
- Keep HR content updated across internal platforms, including HR communication hubs and SharePoint.
- Support FOI and Subject Access Requests in coordination with HR Policy, Governance, and Legal teams.
- Ensure business continuity and support broader HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 8–10 years of experience in a senior HR systems, HRIS, or related role.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience or understanding of project management approaches and system implementation.
- Solid understanding of corporate data protection requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders across different regions.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
