The Psychometric Assessment & Billing Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of psychometric assessments and ensuring accurate billing, documentation, and coordination with both clients and internal teams.

This role supports operational efficiency by maintaining data integrity, facilitating test delivery, monitoring assessment usage, and securing timely and accurate invoicing of services rendered under HB6.

Job Scope: 

Psychometric Assessment Administration

  • Coordinate end-to-end assessment scheduling, activation, and completion for candidates.
  • Ensure test links, logins, and instructions are sent accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor candidate participation, follow up for completion, and validate test results.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of assessment data and results.
  • Prepare and send assessment completion reports to clients based on service-level agreements.

Assessment Platform Management

  • Administer the use of licensed assessment platforms (e.g., SHL, Genesys, KX, or other partner systems).
  • Track usage, credits, and test inventory per client account.
  • Coordinate with platform vendors for technical issues, renewal, or activation of new accounts.
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and system configurations.

Billing and Documentation

  • Prepare accurate billing summaries based on test utilization, volume, and contracted rates.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Billing teams to ensure timely issuance of invoices.
  • Maintain complete documentation of client transactions, billing summaries, and purchase requests.
  • Reconcile monthly billing reports against actual usage logs for audit and accuracy.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a support point of contact for client inquiries related to test schedules, billing, or completion reports.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and BD/CRM teams for smooth process flow.
  • Support renewal discussions by providing usage analytics, cost summaries, and service reports.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate tracker logs for all assessments, credits, and billing activities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal review and leadership updates.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications: 

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or any related field.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, billing, or HR operations.
  • Experience in psychometric assessment administration or testing platforms (e.g., SHL, Genesys, KX) is a strong advantage.
  • Background in billing, invoicing, or data reconciliation preferred.
