What You'll Do

• Handle administrative and operational tasks across multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Identify and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution
• Support service delivery goals through teamwork and proactive problem-solving
• Engage with internal and external customers to maintain high service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master's degree in any non-technical discipline
• Prior experience in insurance claims or related fields is a plus (but not required)
• Open to fresh graduates
