- Perform financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
- Prepare and process client documentation and applications.
- Provide after-sales support to strengthen client relationships.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage partners to actively refer clients for financial solutions.
- Promote reciprocity by referring clients to other financial products and services.
- Regularly update stakeholders on activities, performance, and referral status.
Professional Development
- Complete onboarding and training programs covering products, sales processes, and tools.
- Attend advanced training and certification programs for career growth.
- Get accredited to conduct client events, both onsite and offsite.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail sales, real estate, banking, insurance, medical sales).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong aspiration for career growth and leadership opportunities.
- Team-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve financial goals.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong sales potential.
- Willing to work onsite as required.
