Overview
We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Japanese). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve inquiries, ensure smooth delivery experiences, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Use multiple tools and resources to provide accurate, real-time solutions.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and gather information to prevent potential service disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Senior High School graduate, College graduate, or completed at least 2 years in college.
- For High School graduates (old curriculum), at least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent comprehension, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with schedule changes based on business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, MS Office, email applications, internet navigation).
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
