Overview

We are looking for hard-working, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Japanese). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve inquiries, ensure smooth delivery experiences, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Use multiple tools and resources to provide accurate, real-time solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and gather information to prevent potential service disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Senior High School graduate, College graduate, or completed at least 2 years in college.
  • For High School graduates (old curriculum), at least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Strong Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent comprehension, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with schedule changes based on business needs.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, MS Office, email applications, internet navigation).

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
