Work Setup: Onsite, with one work-from-home day per week upon regularization

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager, Accounting – Record-to-Report to manage and supervise Accounting Analysts supporting multiple accounting clusters.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day R2R operations, monitor workloads and service-level agreements, strengthen accounting controls, and lead process improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing the performance and development of your direct reports.
This opportunity is ideal for a CPA with strong Record-to-Report experience, proven leadership capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced accounting or shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Finance Manager to establish and lead day-to-day operational strategies through rigorous monitoring of daily workloads and service-level agreements.
- Ensure that all processes and controls are adequately documented, updated, and communicated to all team members.
- Ensure the effective implementation of controls within the Record-to-Report operating environment and full compliance with financial policies and GAAP.
- Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing continuous improvements across the R2R process and related processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support financial reporting activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- A valid Certified Public Accountant license is required.
- At least three to five years of experience in Record-to-Report or the same accounting function is required.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience is required.
- Must have experience managing at least two to three direct reports.
- Shared services or global business center experience is an advantage.
- Strong change management and continuous process improvement capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage.
