About the job Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

  • Ensure the consistent application of all branding guidelines, brand programs, and company activities.
  • Ensure stakeholder adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, recognition, and customer retention.
  • Prepare an annual branding plan, subject to evaluation by the Head of Marketing (HOM), to support the sales goals of the Business Units (BUs).
  • Promote both internal and external customer awareness of projects and strengthen relationships to support the brand.
  • Assess marketing campaigns, implement necessary improvements, and report results to Management.
  • Prepare the proposed marketing budget based on the marketing plan and submit expense reports for executed activities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in branding, marketing, communications, public relations, or similar fields. Experience with strategic communications, messaging, and cam
