The Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end performance of the business unit, including strategic and day-to-day responsibilities across talent sourcing and recruitment, account management, employee and client relations, service excellence, compliance, and financial outcomes. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep command of Philippine labor regulationsparticularly DOLE Department Order 174and a proven ability to drive revenue, cultivate client partnerships, and manage large-scale teams within the manpower services industry.
