The Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end performance of the business unit, including strategic and day-to-day responsibilities across talent sourcing and recruitment, account management, employee and client relations, service excellence, compliance, and financial outcomes. This role requires a results-driven leader with a deep command of Philippine labor regulationsparticularly DOLE Department Order 174and a proven ability to drive revenue, cultivate client partnerships, and manage large-scale teams within the manpower services industry.

- Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic sales and client expansion.
- Manage P&L for profitability and cost control.
- Optimize costs using data-driven efficiency measures.
- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Acquire clients through proactive business development.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure high retention.
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback systems.
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop and standardize scalable processes.
- Oversee recruitment systems like ATS and CRM.
- Ensure accurate, compliant database records.
- Compliance & Legal Adherence
- Enforce compliance with DO 174 and labor laws.
- Establish and audit internal policy adherence.
- Oversee post-sales service and client feedback.
- Reporting & Communication
- Generate performance reports for leadership.
- Enable interdepartmental coordination.
- Present updates to C-level stakeholders.
- Database & Technology Management
- Maintain client/candidate data integrity.
- Drive effective ATS/CRM utilization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in manpower/staffing operations.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in managing large, distributed teams.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Expert in Philippine labor laws (esp. DO 174).
- Skilled in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong business development and account growth capabilities.
