About the job Recruitment Manager
RPO Manager oversees and manages recruitment operations. This role is crucial in aligning the recruitment strategy of a client organization with the capabilities of the RPO provider to deliver high-quality hires efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the RPO team and the client.
- Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic meetings with the client.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to compliance and process standards.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Partner with client stakeholders (e.g., HR, business leaders) to understand hiring forecasts.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support talent demand.
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate recruitment workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage technology and data to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Use analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI of the RPO engagement.
Change Management
- Lead transitions for new client engagements or process changes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of recruitment tools or strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Data-driven mindset with experience in ATS/CRM systems
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience in managing large-scale hiring projects (e.g., volume hiring, niche hiring)
