Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit and Collection Assistant to support our finance operations. This role involves managing payment processing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
  • Communicate with clients regarding account status and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the credit and collection team to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports and analyze collection data
  • Stay informed on best practices and industry regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
