NOW HIRING: BUSINESS UNIT HEAD (Restaurant Group)
Location: Cagayan de Oro

We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Head to lead the overall operations, performance, and profitability of a growing restaurant group.

This executive role will oversee multiple restaurant branches, commissary operations, and catering services, leading a team of approximately 100 employees while driving operational excellence, business growth, and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-unit restaurant operations and ensure consistent service, food quality, and safety standards
Manage commissary and catering operations, including production, supply chain, and profitability
Drive sales growth, cost control, and overall P&L performance
Lead and develop Restaurant Managers, Corporate Chef, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Commissary Manager
Implement strategies for business growth, operational improvement, and new branch openings
Maintain strong customer experience, brand standards, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
7–10 years of experience in restaurant/F&B operations
3–5 years of experience in multi-unit or senior management roles
Strong background in P&L management, business strategy, and team leadership
Proven experience managing large teams (100+ employees preferred)
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel for branch visits and expansion projects
