About the job Recruitment Team Lead

Responsible for leading recruitment delivery, managing client accounts, and driving team performance to meet SLAs and hiring targets. Acts as a strategic partner to clients while ensuring high-quality recruitment execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage recruitment consultants to achieve client hiring goals.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary point of contact.

  • Monitor SLA delivery, fill rates, and overall recruitment productivity.

  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure a healthy talent pipeline.

  • Prepare reports on team performance, hiring progress, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

  • 3+ years in client/account management and people management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with recruitment tools/platforms.
