• Deals with LTFRB is the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board in the Philippines
• Planning and coordinating transportation routes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Managing the transportation fleet and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Negotiating contracts with carriers and suppliers to optimize transportation costs.
• Monitoring transportation costs and budgets to maintain financial efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and safety requirements to protect both the company and its customers.
• Supervising drivers, dispatchers, and logistics staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Handling issues such as delays, damages, or customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and company reputation.
