I. JOB PURPOSE
- The Corporate Sales Executive focuses on developing and managing sales relationships with high-value clients, including individuals, organizations not limited to traditionalB2B models.
- Has a proven client portfolio, strong relationship management skills, and a consultative selling approach. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver customized solutions, drive revenue, and exceed sales targets. A competitive commission package and performance incentives will be offered
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and organizations
- Conduct client needs analysis and present customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing and service terms.
- Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, events, partnerships, and inbound leads
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Deliver high-touch customer service throughout the sales process, from before to after, to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
III. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong portfolio of existing clients or demonstrable ability to build and maintain high-value accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
