Role Overview

- Drives high-performance culture and strategic alignment across People functions
- Manages and holds accountable the People Division leadership team
Key Focus Areas
- Leadership & LMA: Coaches People leaders, sets clear expectations, fosters accountability
- Strategic Alignment: Advises executives, aligns People strategy with business objectives
- Talent Acquisition: Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensures legal compliance, manages labor risks
- Learning & Development: Drives training programs and career growth initiatives
- Employee Welfare: Manages HRIS, compensation, benefits, and welfare services
- Performance & Culture: Implements performance systems, cascades LMA practices
- Engagement: Leads engagement strategies, surveys, and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in HR, Education, Org Dev, or related field
- Experience: 2+ years in L&D, preferably in contracting/subcontracting
