Key Focus Areas

  • Leadership & LMA: Coaches People leaders, sets clear expectations, fosters accountability
  • Strategic Alignment: Advises executives, aligns People strategy with business objectives
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversees recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensures legal compliance, manages labor risks
  • Learning & Development: Drives training programs and career growth initiatives
  • Employee Welfare: Manages HRIS, compensation, benefits, and welfare services
  • Performance & Culture: Implements performance systems, cascades LMA practices
  • Engagement: Leads engagement strategies, surveys, and recognition programs

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors in HR, Education, Org Dev, or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years in L&D, preferably in contracting/subcontracting
