About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our branch. This role is crucial in driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our companys service culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Develop and implement action plans to meet and exceed branch goals.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales performance and analysis reports.

Branch Operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations at all times.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and uphold customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, systems, and company policies.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve performance objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in branch operations or sales management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
